Refund & Exchange Policy

Digital Items

All products sold are digital downloads — no physical products will be shipped. You will receive immediate access to your files after purchase.

Defective Products

If your files are corrupt, incomplete, the link doesn’t work, or you received the wrong file, we will resend a corrected file at no cost. If we cannot resolve a verified file issue, we will issue a refund for the defective item within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse

We accept exchanges in cases of buyer’s remorse. To keep this fair for all customers and due to the digital nature of our products:

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • Exchanges are limited to products of equal or lower value.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit exchanges in cases of unreasonable or abusive use of this policy.

No Physical Return Required

Because our products are digital, no physical return is required. To verify and resolve an issue, we may request a brief description, error message, or screenshot for troubleshooting.

EU/UK Customers – Digital Goods Notice

If you are a resident of the EU/UK, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once the download link is provided. Where required by applicable law, if we are unable to supply the digital content as described after reasonable attempts to fix an issue, we will provide the remedy required by law.
