Do you ship physical products?

No. All EcoArtLab products are digital downloads. You’ll receive high-resolution files by email and through your order status page.

How will I receive my files?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link.
You can also access your files anytime from your order status page or customer account (if you created one).

What file formats and sizes are included?

  • Printable Sets: High-resolution JPEG files (300 DPI), provided in multiple aspect ratios (2:3, 4:5, 3:4, 5:7, and A-series ISO sizes).
  • Frame TV Art: Optimized JPEG files in 4K or 8K resolution, designed for Samsung Frame TV and other 16:9 smart TVs.

Each product page lists the specific sizes and resolutions included.

Can I print the files?

Yes. All printable files are designed for high-quality printing at home, through your local print shop, or via an online print service.
You may print the files for personal use only (home, office, or gifts).

Can I use the art on my Samsung Frame TV?

Yes. Our Frame TV collections are specifically formatted for Samsung Frame TV (and other 16:9 smart TVs). Simply upload the files to your TV using the SmartThings app or USB.

Can I use the files for commercial purposes?

No. All products are licensed for personal use only. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files (digital or printed).
  • Use the files for commercial projects, marketing, or product creation.
  • Upload them to file-sharing platforms or marketplaces.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we do accept one exchange per order for products of equal or lower value if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

If you experience an issue with your files (corruption, missing files, or download problems), we’ll replace them at no cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, we’ll issue a refund for the defective product.

How soon will I get access after purchase?

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are available to download. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the link.

What if I lose my files later?

No worries — you can always re-download them from your order status page or customer account (if you created one). If you ever need help retrieving past purchases, just email us at support@ecoartlab.store.
